Friends of the Garden of the Arts (FOTGA – sounds like ‘vodka’) is a non-profit organization set up to someday maintain the permanent green space that will be known as the Garden of the Arts. FOTGA will promote greening on the Avenue of the Arts where it runs through the adjoining neighborhoods of Washington Square West, Hawthorne, and South of South Street (SOSNA).
